Shipping

Boutique 5e Avenue allows up to three (3) business days after an order is placed to confirm product availability and validate the transaction, including contacting the credit card holder or financial institution if required.

Once the transaction has been approved, the customer will receive a confirmation email and the order will be shipped according to the following terms:

Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

Canada (Quebec and Ontario)

  • Free shipping on orders over $200

  • Flat fee of $25 for orders under $200

  • Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days

Canada (Other Provinces)

  • Free shipping on orders over $200

  • Flat fee of $25 for orders under $200

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days

Orders within Canada are shipped using private carriers such as UPS, Purolator, and other delivery partners, without limitation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours, excluding holidays. Any order placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email including tracking information when available.


Payment

Boutique 5e Avenue accepts payments made by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.

All transactions are processed securely. Boutique 5e Avenue reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order deemed suspicious or not meeting payment verification requirements.


Taxes and Additional Fees

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and current tax regulations.

Boutique 5e Avenue is not responsible for customs duties, import fees, or any additional charges that may apply in certain jurisdictions.


Exchange and Return Policy

Boutique 5e Avenue accepts returns and exchanges of new merchandise within seven (7) days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged;

  • original tags must remain attached;

  • a return authorization number must be obtained prior to shipping the return.

Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Boutique 5e Avenue reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions listed above.
