Purchasing policy

DELIVERY 

Boutique 5e Avenue allows itself a period of three days after the order has been placed to confirm the availability of the goods ordered and to verify the transaction by contacting the holder of the credit card used during the order or the holder’s financial institution. Once the transaction is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email and the order will be shipped under the following conditions: 

Canada (Quebec and Ontario) | Free (0.00 $) for orders over $ 200 (otherwise $ 25.00) | 1-3 days 

Canada (Other provinces) | Free (0.00 $) for orders over $ 200 (otherwise $ 25.00) | 2-4 days 

Orders made in Canada will be delivered via Canada Post. 

Orders are processed by Boutique 5e Avenue from Monday to Friday during business hours, excluding holidays. If an order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday, outside of opening hours or on a public holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day. Orders are delivered once the availability of the goods is confirmed and payment is made. Once the order has been processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the necessary information, including any tracking number if applicable. 

TAXES AND OTHER FEES 

Applicable taxes are calculated at the time of purchase. They vary according to the province and country where the order will be delivered and they are calculated according to the laws and regulations of this province. Boutique 5e Avenue is not responsible for any tax or other costs related to the delivery of an order, regardless of the circumstances. 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Boutique 5e Avenue accepts returns and exchanges of new merchandise up to seven days following the delivery date as long as the original labels are still attached to the merchandise and the latter has not been worn, used or damaged in any way. In order to make a return or exchange of goods, the customer must obtain a reference number and indicate this number on the package at the time of return.

To obtain a reference number, please contact our customer service at 514-270-2022 or by writing to boutique@5av.ca. Then, please mention the number of your order, as well as the item (s) you wish to return or exchange. You will then receive a reference number as soon as possible. Returns must be sent to:

The customer is responsible for the delivery costs associated with the return or exchange of goods in addition to all taxes and other costs associated. All items on sale are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Boutique 5e Avenue reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the criteria set out above or that has been re-sent without a reference number.

Your sole remedy with respect to a purchase made through our website is to return it for a full or partial refund as set out in the return policy.
